Our Step-by-Step Design Workflow
1. Initial Discovery Call
We discuss your vision, general property details, target budget, and desired features (spas, waterfalls, heating, or base packages) over the phone to ensure we are aligned with your goals.
2. On-Site Yard Assessment
Our designer visits your property to take precise measurements, analyze yard access, check site elevations, capture photos, and evaluate how a pool will fit into your space.
3. 3D Rendering Presentation & Pricing Proposal:
Using advanced design software, we create a custom single 3D visual rendering of your proposed pool project. We present this initial rendering alongside a clear, itemized pool construction quote so you see exactly how the pool integrates with your yard.
Note: Renderings include conceptual elements like patio furniture and surrounding landscaping for visual context, but these items are not included in the pool estimate. Quotes for optional landscaping additions can be provided directly through our trusted partners).
4. Direct Designer Revisions & Final Agreement
Your single initial rendering serves as our starting baseline. From there, we offer design revisions—working directly with your dedicated pool designer to adjust pool shapes, material finishes, tile choices, or spa options until the project matches your vision before signing the formal agreement.
