The Role
In this position, you will be the face of Granite Pools, guiding clients from their initial vision to a finalized contract. You’ll use industry-leading software to bring designs to life and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Visualization: Transform client dreams into detailed 3D renderings using Structure Studios.
- Sales Excellence: Lead consultations, present design proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
- Client Management: Maintain consistent communication with leads and active clients.
- Data Integrity: Keep our CRM up-to-date with accurate lead tracking, notes, and project statuses.
- Precision: Utilize Excel for project estimates, pricing breakdowns, and margin analysis.
What We’re Looking For
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in pool sales or backyard design is highly preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Structure Studios (VIP3D) is a major plus.
- Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable navigating CRM platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills are a must. You should be able to “talk shop” with contractors and “talk luxury” with homeowners.
- Drive: A self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment.
